Can Hotels or Resorts with villa room type list on Vacayandco?
Absolutely! As long as we are in the same market. We are pleased to get your place promoted. However, only villa room type shall be promoted on site.

How do I sign my contract?
Signing your contract is simple that it goes together with publishing your listing. Once you complete the registration, all you need to do here is review and accept the Terms and Conditions on site plus complete the identity verification process. Your listing shall be lived once got approval from our fraud check team.

I list on various online travel sites, can my listing availability be connected on Vacayandco?
Definitely, we want you to manage just like you usually do. We can simply connect with your Google Calendar, iCal, Airbnb, or other vacation rental site calendar. Please contact our support for further process support. We promise making it easy for you to sell.

How should I set price of my listing on Vacayandco?
You can simply set price on our Host managed site. Once joining us, you shall receive manual guide to manage rate and allotment. Our appointed market manager is working to support you from the start. How do payments work? What is commission model selling with Vacayandco?
Upon successful payment from guests for accepted bookings, your earnings, less the Vacayandco commission, will be swiftly transferred to your designated Host wallet within Vacayandco. To access your funds, simply initiate a withdrawal from your Vacayandco account, and payments will be settled in your registered bank account within 10 working days.
Vacayandco's commission is straightforward, calculated at 10% of your selling rate (exclusive of VAT and tax), with an additional 5% booking fee charged on the guest's side. As part of our commitment to transparency, regular updates on commission rates and fees can be found in our terms and conditions on the website. -
